Delptronics Synth in a Box

In January 2015, I finally got brave enough to tackle the Synth in a Box project that I picked up from Michael Victor at EM2014. This proved to be quite challenging because it was the most involved electronically, with lots of wires. I opted for solid wire because I generally dislike braided wiring, especially when a PCB is involved. This proved to be a poor choice, as getting the wiring to fold into the box got pretty tough before long.

As a self-contained unit it was nice to have no computer programming. I’m not sure that both oscillators are working properly in mine, but that is probably due to either a wiring fault or chip that got too much static electricity discharged into it.
