Here we go, not gonna look back on tomorrow. Because we are the children of light.
We have seen that the dream is a reality. The peace is here, there’s no need to fight.
We are the children of light.
An evil man came to us from above the sky. We were scared – how could we survive?
Great machines, he brought to take our energy. To leave us helpless and left here to die.
So we ran and we fled up to the highlands. We sought the Doctor for all his insight.
He had a plan to save our dying planet. By mining energy from Space and from Time.
We are the children of light.
On through Time and Space, we’re racing to save the human race from doubt.
Like comets suns and stars we’re shining very far.
We’re the children of light. Forsaking a life of vanity.
We’re the children of light. Transcending through a mind of clarity.
We are the children of light.
We’ve overcome the evil and the darkness, rebuilt our cities on justice and right.
